a.	Noise Levels: Tenants must keep noise levels to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM.  Zambia’s regulations and or laws on pollution, including noise pollution or garbage damping. 
b.	Study Environment: Tenants shall comply to maintaining a respectful, cordial, supportive and conducive university-level study environment. 
c.	Guests: Overnight guests are not permitted under any circumstances. 
d.	Alcohol and Drugs: The use or possession of illegal drugs and underage drinking are strictly prohibited on the Premises
e.	Smoking is strictly NOT allowed inside the apartment, on the Premises, and at lease
f.	Compliance with University Policies: Tenants must adhere to all University policies and regulations, including passing the exams.
g.	The landlord is not liable for any crime or crime related occurrence on or at the property.
